Transformation-Training. Ki (Energy), Breath & Swordwork
6  – 11 May 2010 6 Day Residential Intensive
Facilitators:
Jörg Haesen – Ki Energy Training, Breathwork, Japanese Sword
Ane Bauer – Breath and Bodywork
This 6 Day course offers an effective combination of approaches to bring playfulness, courage and clarity into the challenges of our lives. Old patterns and beliefs are transformed with ease, joy and presence.
Ki (Energy) Training:
The Art of Effortless Action - Ki (or Chi) is universal energy that flows freely when Body, Mind and Emotions are equally involved in our actions. Ki Training offers the chance to experience a state of free awareness, unhindered by preconceptions and prejudice, allowing us to deal with challenging situations freely, effortlessly and without fear.
Breathwork:
Using a technique called Conscious Connected Breathing we release and transform old patterns and trauma held deep in our systems. Greater breath awareness enables us to stay open, centred and energised when new challenges arise.
Japanese Sword:
Training with a Japanese wooden sword (bokken) develops our natural ability to be fully present, unattached and decisive in the face of challenging or threatening situations. As a result these qualities tend to emerge more and more in everyday life where indecision and ambiguity give way to increased confidence, clarity and playfulness.

Shabdan and Shastra – Iona Light. An-tu Attunement Weekend, 3 - 5 September 2010
This multi-level Attunement weekend will be at the Haybergill Centre near Appleby in Cumbria. The amazing energy of An-tu follows on from Ascension Reiki and takes your energy to a much higher plane. It brings you into a very special relationship with the natural world as well as offering a high-vibration healing attunement. The pure love energy of An-tu radiates out from your energy field like the ripples from a pebble dropped into a crystal clear pool.

The attunement process takes place in stages over the residential weekend, allowing you to adjust to the new frequencies and assume the mantle of the new energy gradually. Time is built in for integration and reflection as well as the healing and clearing needed to prepare you for working with An-tu.

Participants who have taken the Ascension Reiki attunement can attune to An-tu Level One; those already attuned to Level One can take Level Two, and those attuned to Level Two can take Level Three. As each attunement is taken the energy level of the system rises and the weekend should be very special.

Cost: £375 including accommodation and meals. The catering is vegetarian, special diets catered for with advance notice. Accommodation in shared, mainly en-suite rooms.
