Centre: 6 comfortable, warm, fully furnished bedrooms, all with en-suite toilet & level access showers & remote control T.V. 5 bedrooms open out onto a covered veranda affording views down the wood lined lawns and the 6 th is in the main Centre building.
Versatile dining room that can be arranged to suit the group size - useful as an extra work room and/or chill area. Affords great views of the woodland and its wild life.
Spacious main room for lounge/training uses. Comfortable, warm, airy & light with a birch wood floor opening onto covered veranda.
Choice of chair styles and room layout to suit the group's needs. Equipped with a TV/DVD, Hi-Fi, concert piano and a log burning stove. Flip charts and OHP available.
2 comfortable & warm multi-use dormer rooms with remote control T.V. Both are reached by fixed loft ladders & share a ground floor bathroom.
Central heating throughout. All radiators are thermostatically controlled so groups can customise the temperature for each room.

Annex: Main room downstairs is carpeted and furnished with easy chairs. Use for working, relaxing or as an extra bedroom. An accessible bathroom which includes a sauna and a power shower. A further dormer bedroom is reached by a fixed loft ladder. Central heating throughout. The annex has a decking on three sides which provides a magical place to work or relax when the weather permits.

House:Up to 3 extra first floor bedrooms in the house can be available for fully catered groups.
2 are en-suite and 1 shares a large fully equipped bathroom. The house is reached by a lit concrete path, through the woods and down 4 steps. These rooms are mainly used by the trainers/facilitators/group leaders.
