Latest Covid-19 Protocols
Haybergill has the advantage of being secluded from general circulation with no neighbours or unknown visitors, and is therefore, a relatively safe place to be with plenty of space and fresh air. You will know everybody on our premises, your own group, our small team of hosts and of course Kody the dog.
Our team is well trained and our procedures, in line with latest Government guidelines, help to keep everyone safe.
We have chosen to wear appropriate PPE and will wear masks when near to guests.
The Haybergill Team will take Lateral Flow Tests daily when we have guests. Foe everyone's peace of mind, we ask that all guests have a negative lateral flow test on the day of arrival and take another test just before departure.
Whilst restrictions have been lifted, we ask that everyone respects each other’s space and that people understand staff are choosing to maintain some social distancing from guests. We ask that everyone continues to consider hand hygiene by washing regularly with soap and water or by using the sanitiser provided around the Centre.
We still recommend you bring your own towels and toiletries and politely ask you to strip your own bed at the end of your stay to help staff stay safe. Staff will not come into the bedrooms during a stay unless there is a maintenance issue. Please just ask a member of staff if there is anything you require.
Regarding dining, staff will serve all meals from the buffet table. A small drinks fridge is now in the foyer for guests to use. Remember we are fully licensed and a selection of wines and beers will be available for purchase if requested in advance.
